All Medicaid patients will need a Referral faxed to our office before an appointment is booked. Fax: (256)822-2003

To receive a Medicaid referral you will need to visit your primary care physician or OBGYN who will then be able to approve you for psychiatric visits with one of our therapists or medication management from one of our Nurse Practitioners.

Our office will then receive your referral and will contact you using the number provided by your primary to set up an appointment with the appropriate provider.

*If you have MediCARE and Medicaid is your secondary it will not pick up copays if your plan has one. 

All first appointments are in person visits! We do not have telehealth Evaluations, telehealth is offered for follow-up appointments only.
